Awhile ago, I finished printing up all those that you see above. Actually I finished it yesterday, and finished up another 1000 sheets just now. The bus people at Buana Vista are currently creeping me out. there is only 1 bus which can take me to the ayer rajah crescent blk 26 and that is out of 15 buses available at the bus stop near the mrt. It ponders me to see the people's determination of getting to work on time even if u being squeeze by a dozen 'unfit' individuals around them. I cant help but noticed how awfully out-of-shape most of their tummies are..

Hey if u are above 23 years old, unmarried, carry an oversize bag fill with your old clothes and take the bus to work everyday..im talking about you.

Im going to head for my class 2B license soon and hopefully get a bad-ass bike to drive around with. last Sunday I had a small trip to Malaysia, Johor. Spent nothing much than on 2 tees and a pair of stylo shoes. Whoever comes up with the brand must have been (fill in your own words). well it cost nothing more than 5o ringgit. Which reminds me, if you want to get your money currency worth changing, head down to the Indian money changer at b1 sun plaza. There's where I got the extra extra change to spend on.

Yohoo! 4 weeks pass..12 more weeks to go.

I don't think its worth the countdown to february. haha. but i guess it's better than waiting meaninglessly. there is just this hesitation to continue going for attachments every morning. its such a drag. everyday the same old thing : wake up, get ready, get squeezed in the mrt, get squeezed in the bus, sign in at 8.45, and wait. what do i do for my work?

But unlike other office hours enthusiast, i honestly can't survive the long 9 hours of 'job'. i still can't figure out how they manage stay up un front of those screens. even im in the lab find it really..sleepy, at times. but somehow, its very lucky that the company isn't kind of those with strict and proper. i can even sleep openly if there is a bed in the lab! but all these while i guess i have a lot of spare time. if you are on your computer in the day, u can catch me online sometimes. so i guess only one word can describe the recent 4 weeks. slack. and with that point, i shant bother myself updating about it. i don't even know how to blog properly. my life is not in control right now. help anybody?

Hello people its tuesday. Thurdsday is Napfa. and im currently as dead as the ninja in my blog here. there so much i have been missing on lately. but on the brighter side, wait theres no brighter side. attachments is around the corner. once again i will be placed at a thousand bustops away from home. i need to get back in shape and i need to finish up my report. also, please make up my raya by making the weekend outing (coming soon) a worth wearing the good outfit. holidays were laid by ramadhan and syawal, but i guess it's a deserved well rest from all school. hey i have no more modules to take! but..

i dont know how i can have little sleep yesterday soccer and softball at the same time

i had plans to shoot my first lomography raya this year but to no avail. not because i didnt save time for photos but the thought of carrying the old gadget with the silly weather nowdays just ruined it. and this year's was simply just like the year before. bare and predictable. both parents are working but then again going out with family is a bore. why? ask my egoistic father. but hey, all plans are not yet ruined. i hope this weekend outing with the gang is confirmed. hope i can get valuable pictures as last year's. on a side note..

i'll be starting to grow some plant soon. im not sure how but it will be my first time with this one. i hope i can do it cause the other time we killed a flowering plant. and that was under the TSO and lecturer's supervising. but i won for the tallest and longest one that survived. all because i care it with love and sunshine =)

Alrighto, the tests are over (yay) Since there are only 2 papers for my common test (haha) i dont feel that much for celebration. all the past few weeks were spent in the lab and it kills me..all my reasons of MIA-ness is back to my final year project. and kudos to doing it alone. i am still burdened my the lack of time i have till the end of semester, cause it's the final year, and im beginning to feel the loss of belonging to the school. can't belive it has passed so fast. look im in third year, and turning 19 isn't a choice.

Yet, im enjoying every bit of it. =)

The third week of school past..just like that.

same as watching dominoes falling. u DON'T want to watch a domino fall lagging. but i just did..

MONDAY i successfully did a front flip during training. was suppose to be a rolling session for the freshies but instead i showed them the real roll. a flying one. yearp. i dived over 6 people, yes, and had a second of hang time something like what superman does. without the undies.

TUESDAY went to the gym, after so much delaying to go with Cla-rice. but i just had a ME session that day, so i drank nutrisoy myself. and i swear the monsters at the free weights corner in the gym stared at my pathetic body..till i lifted 40 KG off in front of their sepet eyes. For Your Info, that's 2/3 of my body weight. YES ..im light and in danger of osteoporosis.

WEDNESDAY was rad cause softball did justice to my cramp body. there was supposeto be a game today but i didn't attend it due to ..erm.. lateness.

THURSDAY was no aerospace lesson due the the medical leave by our lecturer. i hope its not swine flu.

FRIDAY there was a crowd outside the lecture halls of 76-79. a body lying in the centre of the attention. don't think its heatstroke and it seems she blacked out. i wonder if i look like that during those dizzy moments of blood loss. but wat was she doing?

Hi people. Im already at the verge of losing my touch of updating this blog.

Hence I will, from now on, write whats important.

Its the 3rd week of school already.

Homework is piling up and there's no sense in relying on MEL cause its lagging! already Dr Chai is giving projects. rekha is asking to download something and World Issues is teaching about steorotyping. BUT aerospace is fun, proteomics's practicals are giving breaks and fyp.. well.

Admist that, going to ninja is a stress reliever. and so is outings! the ninja gang went on a lomo spree again, this time with an additioanl Marcus (birthday boy today) and Jimmy (having a nurse might be useful on random explorations). having given a minolta camera by gramps, i just bought a greyscale film. with my "inherited" camera, i had my first experience on controling my own lomography. there was no lightmeter so i wonder how my rough estimation of shutter speed will turn out..

First started at Buangkok, where i had to walk 2 km to reach the rest, till i met Jimmy who was on the way as well. only to receive a call they were going someplace else. with the exceptional of Mr Tiew's lorry, i didnt complain of course.

Then we headed to marina for lunch, where marina barrage was our next target. till the sunset there was no more light to do anymore shoots, we headed home. i wanted to head for the movies with Mr Tiew's idea of watching Wolverine, but some cinderella's had to go home.

now lets wait till i finish the film roll..

we had our recent cca fiesta during the first 2 days of school. it was rad that the whole cca display in np was fit at the grand hall (where i performed before). see how resourceful np is. the space we had was one table, yeah the ones you used for O/N leves. and thats all. so we had our video displayed..thanks to me for finishing the video on time of course..and a few broaches to waste. always, there will be idiots who come and asked whether we run on water or jump on rooftops. nevertheless, i could have include free running in the video.

AND i think im going to head for originality this time with blink's new album this summer 2009 soon..very soon..

As I suppose, few people turn out at ninja training on monday. that excludes Hannah whose turn to forget to bring her gi. i nearly dozed of during the warm ups. frankly i dont need to warm up and i was damn shagged. this is because few hours back, Hariz called for softball training at 2. i drank nearly 10 L of water coz it was scorching hot! i would like to point out that there was this foreign exchange guy that came all the way from iceland (yes, freaking country Iceland) and he was like..way cooler than the rest of us. its gonna be comical if halfway during training all that is left of him in the feild is his clothes. luckily it didnt happen.

Back to njd training.

Clarice didnt come, but she was generous enough to cancel our normal gym outing on tuesday..for some ice cream! and we headed to the one and only ice creamary. its been long. she wanted to pass something to her friend around my neighbourhood and thought it was a great idea to bring yukio. bad idea. we could have walked from her home but the poor young dog didnt like the idea of clarice dragging him. and we had to take the bus. so..

I got D for every modules for exams. coolnees. A (D+) for Bchem. And didnt expect to pass INAC.. well at least no more Bioreactor project. As soon as the letter came, I gave it as drawing paper to the two devils that came to stay over today. Really annoying me while doing research on the lappie. Don't google it i'll tell ya.

It's from the grammy movie, V for Vendetta, based on the comics that I don't know how old it gets. Based on a classic age, where government over-ruled its people and misuse their power to support and gain a mere colony of rising fear among it's people. Among them, rise a man who have a personal vendetta at his creators, in the hope to end the spoilt world and getting his revenge on his makers involving politicians, scientists and a priest, that did experiment in the name of national security to create and mastermind a powerful army. I like the way the plot was written and the (guy fawkes) mask that V wears. whats more cool, he knows karate!

Yesterday was really dull. so i have to go to lecture 77 to be briefed on safety and some assignments to do before fyp. i havnt start on it yet though. along the way to 6 hours of slacking, went to the helpdek to gt ms office inside my laptop. it was raining so softball was cancelled, again. So nurulayn and me watched The Leap Years in the library. and then comes training where I wasn't in the mood to get hyped up.

I don't know why.

Perhaps its the rain.

P.S. The women in The Leap Years spent 24 years being single till she met his significant other. and 12 more till they both accepted each other and got married.

Been missing for quite awhile so..
lets update.

(05/03)Thursday was Masquerade.

not much of what we expect the grandness to be since it was held at the np's convention centre. the whole place was itself much of a stadium but the hall was large enough to hold the event. too large for the whole guests i think. lets not mention the 'dance' floor, the stage is too wide! but we rock the night after a lot of nervous breakdown's especially Jia le. the days of practising is over. we did our thing and left the building. And hey did I mention it was i played the drums at one of our songs?. hell yeah i did. A few minutes before our turn, backstage Jia le surprisingly tune her violin to match the song Collide that Soon was going to play and sing. So who was left to play the drum?

Hell yeah i did. no i wasn't posing as robin for the dance. the theme's kinda copied the 80s lets-not-show-your-hideous-face-one-last-time prom night but it didnt suceed. at least the money's well spend on the buffet and the masks.

(Fast forward)..

Just found out IBM doesn't take the delivery seriously. No laptop= sleepless nights. then just this week, the njd family took a couple of shots at video shooting. but seriously it's no fun when there's rain. and you people should really brush up on your performing skills. although this is the first time, let's make the best of it and wait. NP's Kitagaryu Ninjado production.

My first time taking a photo non-digitaly and scenically. what's said to be old, we did it. though im still new and virgin to taking shoots at good exposure, I think i can get used to it. So after collecting my laptop at singpost, met Mr Tiew, Cyclomeng, Clarice and XinYu at peninsula. Mr Tiew got his bunch of LOMO-camera so i played around with some, and wasted a shoot at an empty space at kfc. So we strolled around parts of Singapore macam tourist and toy-ed with the antiques.

yesterday, Clarice's vibe to suntan her bright devilish skin woke me up late at noon. so I called Mr Tiew who was still outside LOMO-ing with Shipei lard. still i have to admit it wasn't my idea but wat the heck, so long since i step onto the island. and while Shipei lard continued her LOMO acitivites and Mr Tiew & Clarice burn their skin, i stick to the waters. Tiew showed us some developed film of some of the camera's we took and it turn out great. so till now just enjoy a new creation.

A few days ago, there were plans made to continue practise rehearsing for the night on the 5th. So thankfully, Azmi decided to tell about his friend's, Roy, place at a RC where there's amplifier sets and a drum. Sadly, it's all the way at boonlay. That means i have to travel an hour and a half to reach there. the RC was actually an kara-ok-(not) for the old members around the neighbourhood to simply say, croak their voice at night with friends. we were able to use it at the morning then. for the past few days, practise was lagging cause some of them had lost their memory of how to play the songs when coming to the RC. so the awesome Amine was always there to correct the practise session.

Then the drama was that, we had to wait a few moments before everybody could be present. with different activities outside. I can't make for tomorrow cause having doctor's appoinment. thus we must continue on wednesday. And for the proper rehearsal on stage? It will be 2 hours before the actual thing. See how dedicated the organisers are. doing their job well.

All right im just messing around with the sets while waiting for the rest to come. what a drag. Then after today, rushed down to had the first training after the exams. its was whoa. its sure is degrading to know im out of breathe after a few minutes of warm ups. oh i didnt had anything that morning afternoon. and shouting your lungs out during jam is ignorant to my pitiful diaphragm. But it was too late to get a red bull.

All right now what Im currently doing is trying out the movie maker on windows. it settled that njd will produce a video by the the school reopens, so we got like a 7 weeks or so. the rad thing is, we all will be in it! im having a few ideas popping up in my head so im typing them down. and I manage to do something do a short vid of what intro for the video is going to be. Dunno if I can get it in .wmv form.

Hey, Im gonna be in year 3 soon.. O.o

So So So guess what? Exams over lah seh. and this i speak with a montonous tone cause..well it's yesterday so all the entusiasm drenched out. All I hope is, I wont be repeating any modules anymore. And speaking of which, I went to bugis after that, dragging Naz's guitar along to have a change of string and an attempt to get the fretboard clean. Its a shame to display a beginer's guitar on the counter among all the guitar that were hanged in the shop. And I was charge $15. $18 if I had choose to change for a coloured string. which i find it awesome to have a different colour perspective, except the guitar didnt look like it needs anymore colour, in my opinion. haha

And then off to have my hair re-done (again). This time Im keeping it till whoever-who-thinks-he's-bold-enough-to-shave-my-head-during-NS cuts it. oh yeah, I got my second treat after that. It was younger bro's birthday on the 27th feb. Yeah yeah, a big happy birthday to you~ . So mom treats Swensens.

We couldnt expect much from a Swensen outlet that is located in a busy shopping mall, so the atmoshphere was much of a birthday party kinda thing. and how long was it since we all eat together in Swensens. 10 years ago? Our food came late, the service was damn slow. so someone had to answer to an angry mother. The birthday boy's food came last about 45 mins after we ordered. so someone had to answer to a pissed off father. And my ice cream order wasn't taken..so someone..i mean by now, one of the supervisor noticed the late service. so i was given a free ice cream to choose! mom wanted me to have earthquake cause that would cause them a bomb to loss. naah. I had this instead. overall we paid around 50 bugs. minus service charge and all the ice cream. Oh i forgot to mention. I had 2 of the ice cream!

..and so will the rest of my classmates in year 2.

Screw INAC..

Gosh Im seems to be preoccupied with studying ..or it's just that Im already acting the exams over already. faster lah. while studying just now, I totally fogot about today's soccer plans. So a late call by Ashiq got me rushing to Kallang. where we play at Kallang's soccer special facilities, called The Cage. And under the pouring rain, I met Kai, Fatlee, Joey, WJ and Naz at the kallang bustop, coincidentally. Planned to play at 3 which was the time we booked, but we're always like that. So the place was deep inside and by the time we reached there it was 3.40. Kimi, Ashiq, Luqman and Irfaan were already there.

It was my first time playing there and the floor condition wasn't that bad, except the right part of the 'feild' was wet. It's like playing at a street soccer, with no boundaries. That means there was no rules. So Joey took his time knocking people off with his body. On dividing the team up, we choose black or white. On the count, Joey place his palm face down; that means black. And with full confidence he said "white, put your hand down". And he put his hand down.

After some rough tackles and goals, we went of to Kallang leisure park there was a shopping centre there. And there I had my first pastamania delight. Yeah! IT was expensive, but worth my first try. I ordered chicken bolognaise, with side order of..nachos!! Oh man the cheese sauce was out of this world, and Im still craving for it now. Kimi had beef bolognaise, so we finished the whole bottle of cheese powder.

Oh well, at least we went bowling after that. Seeing the noobs play, I was too sleepy so Joey and I head home cause we're the only ones with last paper tomorrow.

..and Im hungry now.

INAC's always a draaaaag..

Cause its crap.

Cause the lecturer is more crap and weird.

And the whole thing about instrumental and analytical chemistry is crap.

Still..it's my last paper for the exams! Yeah it's going to be on friday at 2pm. And I still got a few more hours and a day to finish revising a whole semester of notes, not counting Nurulayn's ones. But I've a hunch that Im not gonna do well in this module, either that or I'll repeat it again next sem. The truth is I was quite discipline on this module since the very start.

All begins when CYC entered the lecture theater and starting talking about himself. And I didnt manage to hand in 7 out of dunno how much worth of practical worksheets. Out of 3 which were due to my medical reasons (my screwed arm), 2 for being late and forgot to bring the worksheets and one for not being bothered to attend the last pract. And hell, I think I didnt do my best on mobio too. Some of which part of the paper I totally totally couldnt answer. So to a clueless guy like me, I drew my sick impression of DNA on the blank space instead. I didnt do well for my art last time but I wonder how much marks I can get for that..

So plans ahead:

-Soccer at Kallang tomorow (while I should be studying instead)

-Destress-by-doing-something-unexpected right after last paper (hmm)

-Rehearsals for LSCT Dinner & Dance 09 continuesly till 5 March (can't wait)

-Doctor's appointment 3rd March (xray confirmation so I can get back to kicking arse)

-Gym-ing with Clarice ^.^ (really need to get back in shape badly)

Oh one thing. Ipin has asked me whether I wanna participate in NP Silat's IVP. Looking at my condition and my hand, I would like to say no. But my other alter ego is refusing and is opposing the angel of my right shoulder. Seeking advice, I would just have to wait what the doctor has to say. Anyway, the training is going to be tough. And judging by my rough schedule, I don't know if I cant make it, till njd's training that is. But one thing for sure, I need to pump back up!

..But I sill love chemistry.

BLINK 182 IS REUNITING BACK~!!!

OMG OMG OMG..

After a long wait of countless rumours, false gossips and fake videos..Tom (Angels & Airwaves), Mark and Travis (+44) finally announced that Blink 182 is back! Much anticipation was sweated when they appeared during the Grammy Awards 2009, announcing the grammy's nomination and winner of the best rock band. And also an interview backstage that the are going to write on new songs for Blink starting this summer..damn I'm so surprised!

Well for those who doesn't know much of Blink, it doesn't matter. It's just my favourite punk rock band that was formed and produce nice album songs that reach out to millions of kids out there, and thise guys kick ass during live shows. Not to mention Travis was a drummer of the year. But sadly 4 years ago they broke up due to mature reasons, and all fell apart. But still their songs are heard and loved by many.

But with their own respective bands still in place, +44 and Angels & airwaves, I wonder how it's going to work out..

..AND IT'S GOING TO BE BETTER THAN EVER..I HOPE.

The final exams has started..

One paper down..

The study week has been a pain, yet very useful. With everyday going to the school cafe library, studying with Ami & Sam and friends, along with unlimited supply of bubble tea and $1 instant mee..I prefer the atmosphere. Not to mention using Sam's laptop to entertain my needs to kill zombie and my boredom & stress as well. That was so like hilarious..when seeing the girls play the game with their eyes half shut, worried of what zombie might come out of the screen and random shooting when the whole hoard of undeads attack their character. Yet we perservere and studied more..

But hey, last Wednesday was Nurulayn's brithday. Yeah I know I should have posted this on that day. Still, one more Happy Birthday! to you. But really Im sorry about the-after-that. Please please forgive me. I couldnt have done more better for your birthday. That day was Jordan's memorial too.. Yeah.. He's still in everyone's heart ain't he. He was a great leader. And he worked so hard in everything. He would have want everyone to work hard as well..so we should do our best for the exams.

Yesterday was study session with Raini and Su at east, under the block around Raini's neighborhood. We studied for our CCTA and get to share some stories with them as well as laughters. Hehe..Hope we can do that again, right Raini? But well admist all the studying, I got to relax for a while too. Today, had a family bbq at ecp. And despite the rain, we used our mats as shelter and continued the bbq. Eat eat and eat. Now..I gotta STUDY!

I may not have known you much during class, or interact with you a lot doing lectures, but despite that, each of us have created a bond towards each other, whether we're strangers or not..and that includes you. It is sad to see you go away that fast, at such a young age, our youth thrown away simply..but God loves you more. We won't forget you, buddy.

And dear friends..we won't know when we might be returning to God hands. We won't know when those close to us might be leaving us. It could be so sudden..that no goodbye would be said and no memories would be cherish. Take the remaining time of your life to reflect on those around you. Hey its valentine's..

First of all, as you have noticed, a change of blogskin..pretty dull but at least its something. And I changed my playlist skin. Cool huh. And also, I got a new wallet! Thanks to Nurulayn..Ain thank you very the much eh! (Dance, Dance) haha. Again..

Ain thank you very much eh! (dance again). Haha. She got me a super advance birthday gift..a converse wallet! So sweet. And I was indeed of a new replacement for my worn out one, according to her that is. Still it cant store coins. So Im gonna have to figure this out. And it's making my back pocket buldge. But it's nice and I love it =D

And I figured out the gene runner thingy, after which thorough explanations by her..working on it soon. Then my remaining thursday was spent with training..we had some crazy time at kismis feild. Cause the carpet grass was uber comfortable. Flips here flip there. So Mr Tiew's blisters got worse. After that, Joshua entertain the rest with his silly riddles. (John went to the market to buy eggs, how many eggs did he buy?) Hey, so what if I can't figure it out..sheesh.

This year's valentines..seems kinda like last year. Exams are coming so this day is actually one of those days u would spend your time at home and mug. But hey, it's a Saturday..who gives a damn. But then it reminds me of the first time I did something unexpected on valentines. The day I stood outside the school corridor and and gave her that rose in front of hundreds of people. The day I came late just so I could somehow gave her at the bustop instead.. and the day..the school softball team spend the entire afternoon for a match at Bedok Green Secondary and it rained! Stupid coach made us stay for awhile there ..when me and the team could have gone off and maybe spend some time with the girls! Haiz..Never mind, that was in the past.

So today, I decided to work on something. Can't tell ya..haha.

To a friend who is now in coma due to brain clot and is now in intensive care at NUH; Jordan Tan, a lecture member in my course, though I don't know him that much, he's still much of a buddy to me. And a possibility of needing platelets, Im more than happy to donate my blood which is B+ ..and at least give hope for him to continue living again..

Yesterday's bchem test was cancelled due to this incident. Heard he coughed blood when I was just about to reach the lecture theather. Poor him. And poor me went all the way to school for nothing. So instead went to study mobio at library, which was unfruitful cause nothing can go inside my head. SO met cyclomeng for L4D with sheryl. And I skipped today's test even, cause late night study didnt went well, and so Im nt prepared to take it. Took mc so today was plain boring.

Wohooo~ I passed my INAC common test 2..

Because studying for it was a chore. And CYC minus 10 mark to people for not writing down their IC no. Yet its one more step away from failing another subject and to repeat it back again..so Susan better pass my CCTA second common test. Not to mention, the bioreactor culture was contaminated to even count the cells. All due to Susan's technique. Boo~

Skipped Forday's pract early in the morning to get my beauty sleep, to skip his random revision. And getting to school lazily, cause of training. The meeting with the advisor excluded me and turns out only 6 people came to training. Went on ahead only to have intense kicking exercise, which means, my leg is numb now. But Luke and Russel came =) Tomorow wake sure muscle ache. Haiz..no motivation with all the preparations needed for exams. With Clarice no school tomorow, wonder if I should go gym alone or study..

..so gotta study for Bchem common test 2 which is tomorow!

There's no lesson today so..

Decided to sleep late last night..

after an attempt to try out L4D at my home's computer..

still super lagging! ..sian..just thought I could finally enjoy killing the zombies.

Damn I need to send my laptop to IBM for reformating. Better yet..

I need a new laptop! One which is fully compatible to play games

and store lots of memories..my laptop's a nightmare..

Came to school at around 3..where I headed to ccta lab to do my cell count

of the bioreactor..so leceh. By then I realised I was wearing slippers..

Luckily there wasn't any TSO around to chase me out, and there was a bunch of fyp

students getting ready to do some presentation shit..makes me think my fyp is just next sem! And I'll be doing the same shit as them. Except I'll be doing about anti-cancer with Nurulayn..

Before training was L4D lan session with some of the ninjaz..Harith came today..

so I borrowed Cyclomeng's laptop to join the survivor crew..SP got the game today

so more and more of us will be playing it! And I got battlefeild 2 from CY. So fun ^.^

After weeks of missing intense sweating, I decided to chiong training today.

GYM didn't came so there was more focus. Yet my arm is still fine..

After a simple dinner at KAP mac's, home it was.

Tuesdays are always a bore..

Yet, Forday never ceased with his american accent during lectures

on Amino acids metabolism..not to mention missing on CYC's practical..

it'll be soon till I get a warning letter. Hope I pass the 60% on CA.

So having only about 50 mins of lecture today..I paid a visit to the gym ^_^

GYM didn't follow, but later realised she could have, because of her project.

Still, fewer distractions meaning I can concentrate more! Did the few routines of warm-ups followed by the free weights, which I could only used for awhile till the S&W people came..

Then Joshua asked if we would like to come "somewhere", where he and his friends

were doing some sparring there..so after meeting GYM, we went there after meeting Cyclomeng along the way..turns out it was at the 9th floor at blk 72.. -_-"

Reminisce of the past hit me seeing them having full contact spar without

protection..the days after my tkd years doing street fighting with the brothers

And some going back home bruised with injuries. Not only did we practised the art of combat together..those were the days of my breakdancing activities! Geez..

The only thing that kept me back from sparring Joshua's friend with the left arm, was the right arm.

Enough with the gym session..

I don't want to strain it ever.

But it's crime night..meaning..

CSI is on at 10 pm! meaning..

Hmm..so it is kinda true..my blog has been dead! Well for quite sometime..

But I'm back and this time, no more procrastinating on updating things here.
That's the sole purpose of this blog anyway.

So hey people, what's new? Things been happening quite lately.

Today's monday..meaning the beggining of the school week
with Bchem practical in the morning, I had about 4 and half hours of break
to study for INAC that is..(stupid INAC)
Well the test was do-able..with most of the questions I just shoot anyhow..
And now it's over and done with!
Yet..theres still CCTA this wednesday, which Im planning to complete studying tomorow..and Bchem with MoBio practical test coming next week..
Revision revision..Haiz..

Having finish the test, went for training after hanging with Ms Blow at the library..
I just had to get back my physical traits..
After the small incident with my hand..I feel really useless hanging around just studying and frolicking *heh*..
Not to mention my muscles shrank a bit..I need to go gym! Clarice!..
Intended to rush back into form..but it seems I've to still be careful not to strain
the fractured part. Afterall, the doc still havn't gave me the green light to get back to excercising..but what the heck! Let me spar with you..one hand!

Hospitalized

Im out! Yayy!

But not yet escaping the clutch of medical treatment. Booo~

My surgury was a success I guess. And by the looks of it, I think its gonna get better. But hey, Im taking more precaution now. No more of straining my arm or making it sweat fr no reason. As the doctor said, I can't be doing anything to put stress on the bone till 3 months later. So now, I have rest rest rest.

Checking in the ward wasn't too bad. Getting to know the other patients there was a problem. They are middle aged men. So I mind my own business, and slept on the comfy bed after changing to the patient's dress. Dearest kept accompany me with msges cause I woke her up. Time to get my blood test, faint again. Yeah yeah laugh. Soon with the painful needle in my hand, surgery was at 11.50. The wonders of anesthatic still amaze me. So the rest of the day was just lying uselessly at the bed, while trying to get use to the metal inside my arm. Visitors from mom and dad, mom's friend, the 2 brothers, and countless nurses kept me busy while lying down. Lucky there was my hp so I could text dearest.

Discharged today. Doctor gave me lots of medicine to finish. Haiz.

I need rest.

Today is not such a sweet deal

Today did not start off very good as I expected.

And I do have alarming news. Guess what?

Im schedule for surgery tomorrow!

Took the wrong bus when going to the hospital for appointment. But x-ray wasnt long so I had something to eat before seeing the doc. And then before he could say it I knew it was the other choice to follow. Cause xray was the same as last weeks'.

No Im not so happy about it though I realised this is the only way my arm can fully recover 100%. Still can't believe what use to be a useful and hopeful thing to support me with, and apart of me, is now quite a troublesome thing. Haiz didnt knew that tournament could give me this much of a pain in the neck.

Nevertheless, its my only choice if I were to come back for training, or even eat properly! So tomorrow it is. Havta report at cgh at 7.30am. Mom's coming along, so dearest cant meet me. Been thinking lately about this..Im sure will be lagging behind the curriculum, not to mention the exams are just weeks away. With just my left arm, probably cant focus on revising..and yr 3 is coming! Fear that my fyp and iap is affected as well, I dont wanna disappoint Ain..!

A lot of things has happened the past few weeks and my last post was like on the 2nd? Forgive me but the fact that my arm is still in the state of recovery, Im dreading to type every single word on the keyboard.

But tonight its different. I shall pull every muscle I have on my left hand just so I can post this..for that someone.

I don't want to upset you by telling that you are really right..about yourself. That you are not who you are. Or maybe you are not who I expect you to be..no I wont say that. Its not in my nature to hurt someone, especially if that person's a girl. On every right, however, I'll always try to be there for someone if he/she needs me. To cheer him/her up, and get him/her back on his feet.

But what I can tell you is..

You are who you are, and I will delightfully accept you for whatever imperfects that you mean. I know that it takes time for love to develop, and seconds for it to break apart..but it takes two hands to form a heart. We chated, text and msged and I treasure every second of it, realising how similar you are to me. I'll wait for you as you have wasted your time waiting for him. Cause I know how it feels.

I bought chewing gum! Cause Thursday was Malacca.

Initially, I didnt plan on going. But. Mom dragged me into this. Said there was a few more tickets and grands didnt wanna waste them. Wat more, this last week of school holidays cant seem to be more enjoyable. And this would be the last school holiday I'll ever get! Soon it will be busy busy busy.

Sad thing is, I didnt plan on a trip with old folks! Its like a tour with some stupid guide lecturing you all the way in the bus. In fact it was like that. Left as early in the morning to avoid the jam. Bla bla bla the old folks start with their reconciliation, bla bla bla I closed my eyes to catch up with my sleeping time. Open my eyes, still at clementi. Open again, at Singapore checkpoint. Open again we have to change bus at Johor checkpoint. Well at least the bus's seats are comfy. And the tour guide won't shut up! C'mon we didnt want to hear you talk already. And the grandma seating beside me at the far most back was going 'Alaa, diam lah kau'.

But it seems the folks we either too caring, or they have never seen someone with a casted right hand. My ears we're beating with unnecessary questions like 'Are you okay there, son?', 'What happened to your hand?','Do you need help carrying that?'

Trust, all of them we're asking the same questions. Well cant you see its useless? But at least its recovering. Am typing this with the aid of the right hand now. And Im able to carry light objects by far, my own plate. Still not going to strain it now. I am really looking forward to getting 100% healed, so I can get back to training and studying.

So the whole trip was kinda getting on and off the bus. Its only one day, so Ive to make full use of it. Since the folks and my dad we're the one supplying money, shopping was a breeze. But didnt buy anything useful there. Even the shopping centres weren't helpful. All were to kinda like Singapore. With so many macdonalds around a small area, and KFC, and BK..I even spotted a 7-eleven store outlet. But the time was precious and dad wasn't any good at shopping, we generally brushed through the shopping centre.

Then lunch I guess was at a hotel. Don't go wow cause the company sucked. But the food was kinda nice, if I could have eaten with both hands, I would have finish 6 bowls of ice-cream. The last stop, I spent the rest of my malaysian money with lots of junks. This time, they still didnt stop asking. They even thought I had a bike accident. Wow. By the time I had have enough of their blabbering, the next person that asked me I answered I had a terrible innocent fall. Oh, one thing I couldnt stand besides the noisy guide, it was their singing. To fill their boredom during the trip, the folks in charge got enthu and decided to karaoke. I literally blast my mp3. SP could have liked it if its chinese songs. But they were malay songs back in the 60s and 80s. Guess what? It even rained. No kidding.

P.s. I trip and fell to the ground, landed right arm first. The doctor told me it was fractured so he cast it ^.^

I need supplements to live

Hello all..

I guess I over estimate my arm. It's not been making much progress, supposably due to my weak amount of calcium in my diet, and the fact that I hav freed it from the sling, which has given more pain to my neck, than helping. And straining it more with impromptu movements, such as wearing my clothes etc. Everything's a chore now.

But even that cant seem to stop me from going for outings, such as the Njd X'mas gift-exchange outing yesterday. And was late because you know lah, handicap people bath longer. So met some of them, Ilyana, SP and Joyce at Marina first. Thought I would be the latest, but still, planned to wrap the gift, which was meant for someone who thought she knew I was the one who's giving to her. It would be more appropriate as to make the gift nicer if it's wrapped, but attempt failed. Even strain poor arm while trying to fit the gift inside my sling bag, while walking at Raffles point, and have to endure the pain till I found a seating place.

Turns out I wasnt late at all and even missed the lunch at Long John Silver. Soon people arrived and went in together for the movie, Ip Man. Decided to replace lunch to popcorn with Clarice. Mr senior advisor was late again. Movie was great, watching how the Wing Chun master, acted by one of my idol movie martial artist, Donnie Yen, proceed his technique with such agility and speed, defeating the cruel Japanese general. Na bei go learn chinese lah. And looking at how useless my arm is, all I can do is clench it till the end of the movie. Lucky there wasnt any adrenaline urge to stand up and wave ur arms like mad, else I would miss it.

Next was to finish up my ezlink card balance for a trip to marina barrage. It was nice, for a place being so crowded, and the kites so scary they can swoop down and entangle the lines around your neck. We spread the picnic mat and chilled for awhile, enjoying the afternoon breeze together. Whle some linger at how people flew their kites, I was wishing the pain would be gone, cause I was agitated to do a handstand or two on the green grass. But the biggeest kite was a bee, which scared half of the kites in the air.

After oogling at the barage display nearby, we went ahead to Hougang mall, to get our food and necessities, meaning junks and and more junks, but change our mind cause the bargain at a pasar malam nearby was calling. Even got the Kebab guy to give me more chicken and less veggie ^.^ Joyce had cramps so we proceed the night at Clarice's condo. I guess this is when I forgot all bout the pain, cause we had quite a fun time. With the gift exchange(thanks Ilyana for the adidas shirt!), twister (with me just taking all the obscene pictures of them along with the forfeit with Mr Marcus), surprise gift by instructor (thanks Mr Tiew!) surprise attack on Mr Tiew and Jimmy (which got snow spray all over my face), Charade! (when all those cinderellas went home, and midnight movie (equilibrium), which makes us sleep at around 4 in the morning. Not to forget the ones who got high because of vodka. Well, I dont wanna go into the details. Soon it was just me and the condo owner, deciding to stay there for awhile longer, so that we can go training. Didnt wanna bring my pants because didnt want mom to know I went training. Cup noodles was lunch and movie was entertainment. Scary encounters at condo makes me think twice about sleeping again.

Oh well, at least I learnt abit of the purple kata. And having the silat people, most of which were friends, watching was rather embarrassing, with the cast on this pitiful guy. Theres a strain on my left knee now, which can be quite a nuisance when doing your kicks. I realise the small pain after the tournament, using my feet as my upmost support. Now I think its feeling more because of my jump kicks attempts'. The idea of getting supplements is rather a wish now. If I have money that is. Yes I know the fact of my poor supply of nutrients and vegies in my daily diet, but I can seem to change the habit. Though, I wont stop trying.

Mom, can you please buy me some supplements?

Condemned & Useless

I guess its time that I got so bored..and I finally got hold of the pictures..so lets blog about BINTAN!

Lets see, on the first day before we left Singapore at the Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, most decided that it would be wise to meet at Bedok first, which wouldnt make a difference to me being the nearest one living there. But still, aspite all the excitement and agitated faces, and the wonderful holiday we're gonna have..shit still happens. Those who had arrived earlier decided to go ahead and took the whatever bus (no. 35) which arrived first. That leaves me, Ipin, CC Wei Sheng and Dr New left at the interchange. Thinking that there would be somebody else coming to meet us at the interchange, we waited for the next bus. Alas, there was nobody and while in the bus, we got news that we were late! More unfortunate was that we cabed the rest of the way there..and end up knowing the gate was close for passengers! So we have to wait for about 3 hours plus, thanks to the Indonesian ambassy, for the next company ferry! So 3 hours of breakfast and coffee/tea/milo and CC's reader digest; that kept us occupied.

Si bei unlucky.

That's our ferry. Thankfully we got the one that has an open space at the back. Penguin 3!

And we left Singapore, like finally.

The journey takes about 1h 45 mins aboard the ferry, feels like as though you're in a vacuum chamber inside the air-con ferry, but outside, the fresh sea air never cease to take me in cloud 9. Even slept for awhile at one corner under the ferry's chimney. Then after deciding I was tanned enough, slept the rest of the time there in the ferry. 10,000 B.C. was showing on the small tv , and the rocking of the ferry, and the next thing I know..zzzzzz.

And then it takes another 40 mins or so to reach camp Loola (thats what its called). Then we shouted some Hi's and went to leave our bags at those hut houses. We didnt miss much, considering the rest we doing some archery. Well I sucked at it. Out of 4 arrows, only 2 manage to hit the board. One went 3 feet away from me and landed on the grass and the other went to hit the tree. Heh. Then, after having miss our first 2 activities, which was the rope obstacle and tree climbing, we went to revive our childhood days with the obstacle course, with Ipin forgeting how to swing, and leaving us with blisters.

Soon after, it was time to Kayak!

With much desperation to leave the dry land and hot weather, after which the guy in charge explains how to wear the safety vest (like as if we're primary school kids), we jump straight to the kayaks available. And I got Bliss as my partner, one thing about her, for a girl, she's quite build so dont go around messing ith her. Fortunatly, we took turns. Seems her muscle power matches mine. Haha. Just kidding. Mine's stronger. But the sad case was we were allowed to only kayak for 30 mins. Was wondering why till we found out the hard way. As I was paddling with much effort to carry the kayak away from shore, realised the paddle could touch the sea bed! The low tide was coming! Good timing for kayaking guys. No choice. Went to paddle till we reached this small island that divides the deep sea ocean with what water we were on. When things couldnt get any worse, on the way back was like going through a valley with seamines. Si bei tiired rowing already then have to avoid all the rocks! It was like mission impossible to get to shore. The guy even have to pull us back.

Then we washed up a bit as dinner was after that. Wondering what food we gona have, we turn to our 24 hour non-stop hits radio, Dr Gordon Lim! (the one in blue) Bliss is the one on the right. Check out those arms. So we chilled for awhile before heading to dinner.
With nothing much left to do for the first day, some stayed to chat and soon turn the table into a gambling den, while the rest of us are left to listen to the 24 hour radio, talk about school life and his personal life, hosted by Dr Lim himself. Then the rest decided to turn off for the day but as we were on our way back to the huts, we realised we missed out one thing..the stars! It was bright on that night, but surprisingly, it was more visible than the times I saw in Singapore (of course). But despite some of those who turn in and only watch the stars for awhile, I couldnt get enough and decided to lie down on the pavement. Then I decided to sleep outside with the stars (why not). Its not like everyday you do that. So hoping to see a shooting star or 2 and figuring out the constellation, I dozed off for awhile. Awaken by the sounds of the tide coming back, I got back to my hut, spotted the moon, and slept the rest of the day hoping the following day would be more fun.

Morning was greeted by early waking of seeing the sunrise. Then it was the normal oyapeyasom of who's gonna bathe first. While waiting for those lazy city kids, the rest waited at the view of the sea. Breakfast was surprisingly good, not bad at all. It was the instant mee goreng, Loola style. Since some havnt got use to the food, the malays gobbled up most of it, didnt finish though. Then apart from lazing around after a heavy meal, some went kayaking again, including me ^.^ soon after we were told we're going to do some hiking. What a way to start the day. Well it wasnt that tiring, except the 500m climb up to one of the highest peaks on the island, on the last few steps up the hill where it was about 75 degree slant, had to use ropes for support. But it wasnt a matter for me, Im a ninja, was fast was quick like a lightning.

Surprisingly, my slippers made it through the journey. CC's sandals didnt.

But soon, it was the most enjoyable memorable event of the whole trip - Boomnetting!

For those who doesnt know what boomnetting is, its a fun thing to do where you jump off the boat and into the fishnets..freestyle! Well, the next part of it is to get carried by the waves in the net, macam fish. All you got to do now is just hang on. OR, you can get back on the boat..and jump again! There's 3 different lvls where you can jump from. 1st was the deck itself. 2nd is the boat's second level where there's seat with roof. 3rd is the roof! And all of us were brave enough to jump from there, except Dr lim of course. I made it look so easy that I decided to do some somersaults. The boat was getting somewhere while we were having fun. It was called deserted island. Nothing special there except the pile of sea waste that gathered along this stretch of sand beach. Well, one's man waste is another man's treasure. I found this cool seashell but gave it away to Suhaila. Cause on the way back, we did more jumping!

Oh this time the net really caught a crab, but it got away. Else we could hav had it for bbq. And guess what? Along the way, while most were busy jumping and swimming, we spotted a couple of dolphins! They were very far away from us but Dr Lim's eyes caught them first. Because they were jumping in and out of the water, the rest manage to spot them well. I guess they are very similar to humans! But they beat us to the jumpings.

At last,

came to the last night at Bintan. Oh we were not gonna leave without having anything special. So we had a bbq. The thing is the food has already been bbq-ed by the time we reached the food area. Well besides the food there was also the bonfire to 'blind' our eyes. It was freaking big and hot. I bet the temperature goes up to thousands. And it was near us! If that didnt heat us up, the fire crackers did. Oh we had so much fun, all were like kampong kids, very excited at the sight of the sparks. Yeah and it changes colour too! If that wasnt enough, there was the fireboomers or better known in malay as mercun. These one when lighted goes shooting out like rocket and then burst into small fireworks. Of course we cant hold them in our hands, gotta plant them to the ground. Then it was the usual light and run! Using some of the local guys's cigarettes, we finished the entire box. What more than to watch fireworks under the romantic stars over the dark ocean. Why when it was even bored to light one, I tried to shoot 3 at the same time! Nearly worked except for the last one that somehow fell to the ground at the very last minute. Lucky it never rocketed at someone else or kanna anyone's $%@*

Being the last night, some choose not to sleep early, while some had heineken (preordered since that morning) for those drinkers of course. My attempt at entertaining the rest with the guitar (asked from one of the locals) failed as the waves beat the sounds. Even the stereo was spoiled, sad because it was playing great songs for awhile. Then some resort to gambling again, some get together and talk cock again, including the drinkers, and some turn in. Me, Ninirara, Syaz and Ipin decided to pay bluff at Ipin's hut. I won 2 times in a row, cause Ninirara was so easy to bluff. And I even won titee (isit how it's spelt?) My first time playing and I won!

But this night was even more special..cause this time..I had company to lie down with me outside(Maria)..this time the stars was even brighter..this time the shooting star showed itself, twice! Well we slept there for awhile, hoping to see more, but Maria was worried she might fall down to the shore, so we got back around 3 am.

The final day (how sad)

At last, all hopes of wishing this wonderful experience to end fails as we all packed our backs the very next morning. But we had a heavy brunch that day cause maybe the food supply was in excess or the management just want to treat us wholeheartedly. But before that, there was still the rock climbing and flying fox undone. Suppose to have on first day but the tide didnt allow us. So dont wanna miss anything on the list, we did our last activity for the trip! While some didnt want to get wet, the rock wall was easy to climb. Still the girls thought twice about the flying fox. Even Dr Lim, who stood on the edge for minutes! Perhaps it was still morning. But most of us did both. Congratuation. So Syaz and Ninirara got the award for the loudest scream. Dont want to be missing out, Ipin cracked his throat for the loudest kana sai scream, after most has left. Some even tried a few times, especially the girls. Once you get them started, you cannot stop..

Then, it was really goodbye. Take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but memories. While the girls were busy hogging over their eye candies at the place, I breathed the sea air one last time, wishing I can go back again, just for a visit. The best holiday yet ever by school. Haha. And not forgetting the last minute shopping at some mall, where things were so cheap I could have wished I had change more rupiah money..just bought 2 tees, an earpiece, some bubble gum and a red bull (for the tournament) There was even a demonstration by some university students outside the jetty, luckily it was at the arrival site. Got in in time for the ferry's departure..we headed home.

As much as I want to rest my hands..my left hand itches its boredom. Its a lazy Sunday btw. And as much as I want to do things I normally do on Sundays, I cant. What happened?

I would really love to post about the last few days, which was a very highlightful moment during this holiday, Bintan and Njd Tournament, but my arm is fractured now. Yes, visited CGH with dad just now and went to examine my injured arm. Xray shows a really visible crack down the radius near the wrist. Not really surprise since yesterday though, since the pain never ceased overnight. Recalling my past fracture incident 10 years ago, about the doctor telling me that if there would be any damage to the right arm bone again, there would be chances of a permenent damage. Oh well, never thought a block from an opponents kick would result to this! Should have really bought that wrist protection..But hey, nobody said you could walk out from a martial arts tournament without a scratch. Then again, congrats to the ex-president to winning the tournament (remember marcus, i can kick ur ass anytime! When my hand recovers that is)

GYM won the female category..cause there was only 2 female competitors..Haha.

Helloo people! Guess what? NJD AGM happened today..Looks like the new committe has been pass down to the new ninjado batch of people! And so we have our new president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer! So any wild guesses? Hahah guess not.

Training at the gym was first, with GYM as usual, in the afternoon. Realising how I'm physically drained during training the day before, I was determine to get back up to shape..even thought it was only 2 and a half hours at the gym. The following days, as the last post..I'll be at Bintan! So there goes my preparational training time..mentally and physically. Sianz. All Im worried now is that the fun time I (hopefully) will be having there will take my mind off the tournament itself. And by then most probably I'll be shagged by the activites there or just plainly lost my mood..

Now with my mom enquiring whether she can watch the whole tournament..in hopes of supporting me..gee thanks?

Okay I guess I'll go have some fun first and then die. Haha.

So after the AGM, it was dinner! My first time to Mad Jack cause we all voted for western. Still, expensive but nice. Bad news was we could all have gotten 10% discount for my Ngee Ann Alumni card, if I had known. Then supper was at Ben & Jerry's at a place somewhere I forgot the name.

Had to leave early cause tomorow will be departing at 8.50! So what the hell am I still writing now! Hahah. Oh, we did discussed about the gift exchange and did some numbering..boys to give girls and vice versa..guess who I got? Haha.Sshh. One thing for sure, whoever it is, I had thought something in mind..well for a long time already.

It's really over~

The term break has started and all plans have been layed ahead, half of the 3 weeks that is. Well at least I'm occupied with something other than getting a job..shessh.

Well let's see, I gotta go to school on Monday for a briefing and a blood test for the Bintan trip from 17th-19th. I hope its not gonna too much of a time consuming, going back to school is really a chore for me, seriously. And njd AGM is coming next Tuesday so we'll get to see the new batch of comittee members and...who's our next president is..hmm..hey Marcus if you're reading this, remember the tradition uhh..

Then it'll be the Bintan trip itself. Im gonna be as blur as sotong, cause there's lots of zeros in Indonesian currency. Hope someone can help me with the shopping. Water here I come..Soon after, it will be the tournament. And I am so not yet fully utilize my techniques yet, kudos to common test and such, my flexibility deproves. (To the gym..)

And today, went out with dear Syaa to catch a movie and have some chilling time to celebrate..the end of common test! ^_^

Twilight it was, cause she wants to watch it badly. But it was great. 3/5 stars from me. Don't really follow the book series. I prefer HarryPotter. (Which the 6th movie is gonna come out next July!)

Bid goodbye to orchard cine cause she had a crufew. And the performance outside it rocks. Makes me just wanna touch my guitar again. Well, looks like Im gonna have plenty of time for that! Yay!

On a side note, my youngest brother got into an accident. A bicycle bang him, at full speed. Sprained his wrist and was brought to hospital for casting. Son of a bitch. If it was a motorcylce, today would be the last day I'll see him. I might not show much interest into my own brothers, but he's still my brother. And I care for him. If someone were to bully or whatever, he messes with me. But..I know he's strong. Strong as me or even more..he didn't cry when he that accident happened. I did when I felt 2 storey from the top of a playground. Hey, I was primary 3 that time, and I was from a height.

Oh wells, at least he's fine.

Admist all the crap revision throughout the week, leaving this blog so silent, and the fact I can't study at home..Syaa! Accompany me study lah.Haha.

Okay perhaps I shall blog about today. Mom decided that we should go Korean for lunch today. What's the occasion also I don't know. Like to treat us with very-the-expensive food. But the service was good, not to mention the food..see lah who cook for you all. Cause mom and dad suck at the chopsticks.

This was my erm lunch.

Oh geez I guess Im kinda stress. Growing pimples already. Oh shit, not to mention eating lots of junk all night. I need a chilled red bull. I need common test to be over. I need bchem project to be done. I need to learn that beautiful song. I need you, love!

How would you feel, if I should choose to go.

Seems grading was rather okay, but I think I didn't expose my 100% towards it. My feet was straining like hell, and every step would burn my thighs. The external grader was quite fine with his grading. As usual my sparring was well done..despite my injuries. Yet I kicked Marcus butt. ^_^

(BUT as always too, I don't feel quite satisfied with my techniques. Must train more!!) My first jumping roll was disasterous. I mean, c'mon.. jump over 2 guys. JZ know I could do better than that. Hey, I didnt warm for just a short roll. But, I think the rest were'nt so bad at all, well, most of them. And GYM got a Good for sparring. Heh. So despite some bad falls from Marcus poor throw's (which I wasn't told of that blue belt was just to perform the move, but purple belt was to complete the throw!) which leaves a painful back muscles, I am determine to have my revenge next grading. Heh heh heh.

Common tests are next week. More mugging. Less exercise.

A looong weekend of an Outrace, countless steps all over Singapore and unforgetable experience of lorry-hitching..leaves a very tired Amine..and me wishing that Im gonna get my very own transport one day. And I can't feel my legs.

Saturday

Morning gathered at school for the race to start. Too much of waiting got me over agitated to start Outrace. Phibert, CC, Weisheng and me named ourself Tetrala, don't ask how we derive at that. I thought this would be a much interesting experience as to waste my weekends, when I could be revising for my common test at least. Even so, spend quality time on my guitar. When the race finally starts, I

was so wrong. Haha.

First clue leads us thinking very deeply at first. A golden pagoda to be search, and riddles of Sun Mu Tong (Sun Wu Kong). That actually was just to mislead people, I think. So that only leaves us one place. Chinese garden. So the thing about this special race organised by tas, no usage of our ezlinks and handphones. Meaning to say no excess help of whatsoever. Meaning we are to do whatever it takes to go the the destination. Meaning..we have to hitch rides. Well our first hitch was rather okay. There's this guy in pickup pulled over at the entrance and we took our chance. Turns out he was going to Jurong, so we got our ride. And as we reached Jurong shopping centre, I could have really really wished Mr Tiew was hanging somewhere around there. This is the best moment where I think his lorry would be the MOST useful! We were really in desperate of help, figuring out how the hell are we gonna get around all day. We soon found out ourself. So, another hitch to

our destination, this time a red lorry. Oh, we were all given red Outrace Ts.

Soon, turns out the driver didn't know were Chinese garden is when we found where it was during the ride. So he stopped at a rather familiar place. The same place I went with the Ninjas along with Mr Tiew who brought us urban exploring of course, the Hang Dynasty which was quite a bit further of Japanese Garden and Chinese garden. Well, we rush there out of enthusiasm. Yeap, we ran a kilometre and a half. More running and we finally reached the pagoda. To get another clue, pick up black beans from a bowl of mixed up beans using chopsticks. Guess what? I picked up the most and the fastest lah! Hah..You Chinese guys who have been using chopsticks all your life..You just got owned ^_^

Next stop, Woodlands. Yes, Woodlands. No kidding. Woodlands.

AFTER long minutes of waiting, probably about an hour of hitching attempt, finally a good Samaritan decided to give us a ride all the way to the destination. Phew. Next task, gather 4 kg of old newspapers from around the neighbourhood. We could have hastened this one except that Weisheng and CC took quite a long time, when me and Phil got more than 4kg from our first knock at a door. Oh wells. If you think things aren't getting any worse, you wrong. 3rd and our final stop, Bishan!

The most hesitating and mentally torturing destination of our race;

Because we failed to get a hitch from the neighbourhood itself..

Because we were clever and went to the main road..

Because we got a free taxi ride out of pity to Woodlands interchange..

Because we choose to to hitch a ride again along the main road and fail..

And because..we WALKED all the way to Ang Mo Kio!

I so cant believe it -.-"

Oh wells, at least the last part to Bishan park, we got a nice driver who drove us. But if you think it ends there, wrong again. Cause it seems like the dawn has break, there were nobody there to great us for the race. Turns out we were cut-off. Cause of our lateness. Oh don't blame us, we spent 6 hours of walking!! So CC got pissed upon the news, ripped open the emergency pack that contains his handphone and called the f*#$%ing organiser. Sorry I exaggerated abit. Hahah.

And the Dejavu's just keeps coming. Our rest stop, Pulau Ubin. WTF.

With no preparation of safety and mosquito bites, we told that our dinner will be waiting for us there. So will be our 'beds'. Fresh memories and flashbacks of Njd camp played in my mind on the boat. Realising that this is my first time to Ubin without the Ninjas. Haha. Sleeping area was where we had the sparring game during camp. At least we don't have to walk. But cooking was the fun thing we had all day. Wasn't that bad at all. Sleeping was. Screw the fact that we weren't even told we were going to sleep at Ubin..without mosquito coils! Despite the fact that all of us got bites, when some got up and made a campfire, we eventually slept. And while the others were discussing how unorganised race was and most were telling their stories, I watch the stars, cause I just learnt how to look for the North Star.

Sunday

Teams were sent off at different timings according to the race the day before. Next task was an SOS game. And..to find the secret garden! Piece of cake. Flashbacks : Assassins & anti-Assassins, Miss Xinyu's bad fall, scarecrows and lots exploration. What we had to do? Complete the names of the plants located there. So much for rushing there.. Then we depart from Ubin. (I've a feeling I'll be there again soon)

Okay well from this point of the race onwards, things get smooter, just a bit. The following stops leads us to Sun Plaza Park, which then I never knew it was the park at Tampines. And we there to a rather simple tasks, follow Tachi from a guy who know Taichi. Thats like me going all the way to skool for training. Haha! Just kidding..

2nd stop of the day : Kallang stadium

Hey, I didnt include the details of our hitch rides doesn't mean we didn't do that. Everybody has to do that, I figured out. It's all about luck. Kallang staduim was a mere stop to really make us tired. Really. But the task was to reassemble words that was about the Stadium itself. Ok fair. Next stop was a "Detour", watch Amazaing Race if you don't know what it is. Luckily, we choose correctly. Singapore River it was. Else we had to pick our luck at Little India. Hell no am I going to Little India.

Task : Play 5 stones. See how simple the tasks are. Its just the trips there that are so

ever freaking difficult.

Next! The Cathay.This part also sucks so Im not gonna elaborate.

And so to our most FINALE destination..West Coast Park. Yeap. They wanted us to go there from Douby Ghout.. -.-"

Well the thing is, we were told the race would end at 1 pm on the following Sunday, which I told the rest to might as well gather back at the starting point, Lt 51c, but someone wanted to persue the adventure and continue the race, so we went there. And the task..was to dig the sand and locate our next clue. So ended up that someone owes me a 100 plus drink, when I finally pulled out the envolope clue, took out the folded paper..and it reads with a bold font like this, LT 51C.

And so it finally ended! Which leaves me with jelly legs and aching body!

Which reminds me of grading today! How sia..

Oh well, just have to try my best. Im rather worried about the rest really.

Escaparate was fabulous!

Turns out to be quite a performance after much procrastinating of jamming and practises, we finally get a proper rehearsal on the day before itself. That was Monday.

And to say Ipin and Chris nearly gave up after our first try, thinking that their playing and voices suck. I was just too excited to jio them back to playing. The equipment sucks and so was our vocals. And the fact I didn't blast my guitar amp was much too embarrassing. We sounded dead. But after a few tries and when I finally turn up the volume, we were rocking the lecture theater. By then Ipin had his support from Murinah. Oh, she was there for the Belle and Beau competition. She didn't won it but was a rather supportive audience. And I really really had no idea Dr Chai was that funny. He was in fact our savior, according to Chris. At the end of the night when all hope was considered lost, he told us that his daughter, Clarine, wanted to sing our song. So tadaa, the only thing we had to do on Tuesday was jam the guitar.

And the day came.

As always, there was never a moment a performer was well prepared. And this goes to the organisers as well. But still the waiting sucks. And Ipin & Chris was still unprepared when we went out. Where's the fucking mic when we are suppose to perform? Chris's guitar wasn't even properly tuned, I think. Cause I was tuning it when the host asked us to come out. But hell, the audience were great. Except to count the seats that were empty. But we did it. No mistakes or triping over the wires. After the applause, I felt like playing again! Haha.

Oh well, shall not talk bout the comments given by the audience. What matters is, we enjoyed ourself. ^_^

Yay! And perhaps I'll be playing for lsct D&D 2009 as well!

P.s. (I think) I fell in love with love with the girl at the rock show!

Dragonboating sucks

I like to move it, move it.

Turns out today was a much worthwhile spent day with half of the family, which turns out to be better anyhow you put it. Attended wedding in the afternoon all the way at Yishun. Met some unfamiliar faces. Shake hands with a smile. Pretend to be listening. Ate a delicious lunch under the block. Stomach full. Said goodbye, with a smile.

Met young uncle at Yishun mrt as he joined movie at tampines mall. Long ride as we talked crap all the way. I was fancy listening to my songs also. Bought nachos and along the movie, I nearly got irritated by the man beside me. Didn't want to ruin my mood so I spilled some of the cheese on his lap. Well it was quite alright. 4/5 stars.

THEN TO THE AIRPORT!

Oh how long as it been..first step into terminal 3. Not terminator 3, young uncle. Breeks it was, a major delicacy, for a heavy price. But it was mom's treat as she wanted to treat the family for a long time. And I'm missing the chocolate nutella milkshake already. At least trying it out was priceless.

Oooookay I guess I'm not putting much enthusiam into blogging fully nowdays.

Sad. Oh well, at least I'm bringing only my guitar tomorow.

But Im already better, so yeah, thanks for those not being there. It's always me who gets the better of my other side.

On the brighter side of the day..
First few lectures was at lt 45, so the peeps had lunch at canteen 4. Been awhile since I ate there. And I think I've to take back my words for the discriminating the food there, considering it was my second time. Well it was worth it.
After pract, went to the library to join Iz, while we wait for Hariz. On the occasion, the softball clubhouse was to be spick and span, and we still have the mystery of my missing glove and the jackets! Who the fuck is doing all these sia!!
But still, we did a good job. Koon was being an overexagerating, irritaing apek again. Lucky I didnt smack him with the bat. I think he just needs to recharge at the back of his piercings.

Oh..and Haq paid his first visit to np. Being a total alien, I showed him around. After we think that we did good service to the clubhouse, Iz, Hariz and me, including the alienated Haq, continued movies at the library. Davinci Code it was. Prospects of christianity I didnt understand. Or shouldnt understand. About Jesus being human or divine. Nah I shan't elaborate. Then home it was, being frustrated it was, blogging it is now, saying goodbye it is then.

Hey, there's a toyol (or might be a ninja) living somewhere around me, I think. First my blue belts..and now my psp. Haiz. Losing my valuables and not to mention love ones.

Rehearsal was there on Tuesday but the rest aren't able to make it. Even though it was at the same lecture we were having bchem before the rehearsal would start. Damn Im not sure if we are able to pull it through together for the final performance. Im not at all worried bout Rachel but with Ipin considering himself noob at the bass and Chris babbling bout the voice key and blablabla, we need to

A late entry to bchem practical leads me to going solo doing enzyme activity, but at least CYC let us of early for lecture. So it was only 1 hour..of sleeping.

And it seems I'll be going Bintan around the December holidays, and a TAS camp next week. See. My weekends are fully booked people.

So today was a happy moment after finishing lecture. Met the birthday girl at our space to pass her prezzie. [I hope you like it :)] And after much anticipation of waiting for the other girlfriends to arrive, I realise she was going nuts waiting.

And a wonderful surprise it was that she shed some tears of happiness, I guess.

And training was a warm welcome to Harith who decided to come for the day. SADLY, I was still orange. Didn't realise that much of my belt syllabus was cut down I didnt need to practise much nowdays. Then dinner was all the way to Beach Road, cause Shawn was eager to hang around. Hard time going there though, when you have Cyclomeng, Harith, GYM and Shawn to tell inside jokes all day long.

Oh, and we caught an Indian man wanking his hands, on the priority seat, as though he has an invicible d***. But I managed to get a video of it..before he reached his climax. Lol. Ain't gonna upload it here.

So boo to my incomplete blogging nowadays. It seems nothing interesting about school or personal life had emerge on my feet this week..so far. Yet it was troublesome for me to even surf the net, thanks to the network. And even so..my brain is dead by the end of the day to recall what happened. But I'll try my best!

By Monday, GYM is back in action! She's been slacking too much. Thanks to her injury on the hand by her enemy. But we did well. SP forgot where her elbow is. But I was orange belt for the day. Yes, laugh if you want for the misplacing of my blue ..again. I swear I'll beat the crap out of the mother #$%#^$%# who took it. I didn't lose it lah.

Day before yesterday was going back to the high tech training area where GYM and me had 'personal' training time as usual. Yup. Me and GYM at the gym. SOunds funny. Then, dilemma appeared twice when two different guys was particulary showing interest towards GYM. And I become the middle bystander..

This is the part where I go "Too bad guys she's not available". And GYM will go "What the #$%@. He's so #$!#*^! eww". And our hands got workout, with 200 lifts of the dumbells. Not bad at all. And we met Mr Owe-us-lunch.

Yesterday rain-ed. Skipped CCTA lecture with MOBIO cause waking up was a chore. Coudnt feel my body much and my head was throbbing. So Ipin decided to watch Hitman with me, but he slept halfway. And there was nudity in it! Then a really long practical with Crystaline (dunno how to spell her name) and Anil Khan, cause we were laughing our ass. Hey Im cute and irritating. Chori Choir Hum Ghori Seh..Seh..Seh. Back home missed my stop.

My first trip to Serence Centre was today. After a much anticipated 'tiring' training, GYM and me wanted Island Creamery. And I had to listen to her usual high-pitched screams of complains. In the end..we went there for Mac -.-

And to think that the food was a week old, bleargh. Maybe it was. But I was to full to finish my mcspicy. Just as I thought of ordering the double mcspicy! Wow they even MEGA the burgers. Holy $%&!

Saturday..I got myself pissed staying at home all day. And if i had known I'd joined the rest before the wedding. Haiz.

Hello. So today was entertaining myself at a far relative's wedding. But bless all my aunt's and cousin's cause at least I got some cliques to hang around with. Faris, Jannah, Amirah and Firdaus. Its been some time since we all had fun together. We were so young back then. And its strange how we talk with each other nowdays. And we don't talk politely. Cause Firdaus still can't freaking remember my name.

But seriously, I treasured the moments we stick together at your old flat, when great-grandpa and great-grandma was still alive. Mom and ur mom used to be great gossip buddies then.. Opps I meant great friends. And Amirah had her straight hair I love it. Jannah was a quite chubby girl then. (Now she's a minah) Firdaus was the typical handsome kid with long hair. And Faris and I were closer than anything back then.

Hang around at Nek Su's house after the wedding. I decided that it's okay for the siblings to tell me some of their secret. Haha. So being the big brother =p
we had some heart to heart talk. And I taught Firdaus how to punch..

Morning started out with Beta House's jamming session, cause we're to familiarise with how we are gonna play the songs. And it wasn't all bad, except some people didn't exactly learnt all the songs. But I hope just for a little bit more of a show, we could play more songs..cause we're the only "rock"band in the show. And I underestimated Rach's power on the drums. She rocks. \m/

But despite the disappointment, I rather am excited to play. Each and ever time I place my hands on the 21 fret metal strings, I couldn't resist and let the guitar go. To a guitarist, a guitar is like his wife - Joshua Yap

So to whoever in NP who's interested to watch us perform in Escaparate, you're invited to come. Although you can just sneak in, despite the fact its only for lsct students. But I went for HS Idol, cause they couldn't be bothered. And Im kinda hoping that someone could be there..

Taboo Tuesday. Cause CYC talked to me. Creepy.

What seems to be a simple day that suppose to end at 3 was dragged till I came home at 9.30 tonight. Shagged. Here's what happened.

We were lucky that we made it to Lt 38 asap cause it was so raining meow and woof after that. I mean really, even the water droplets fell onto Shaz's psp, when I'm 20 feet away from the exposure of the tremendous drop of rain. But that doesn't stop me from speeding on the game. I wanna play it on my psp. I think I shall download.. oops, I mean, get it from someone else. So briefing was about fyp. Which I am intentionally doing it with Nurulayn, cause she choose me, cause someone ditched her, cause someone had to steal her partner. Pundek betol. No business please.

Then it came to the tug-of-war event.

Woah. A small challenge of pulling your side of the rope to bring the centre into our equilibrium. Thats what I think it is. Easy enough? Wrong.
The waiting sucks cause it's so dull Ipin slept for awhile. And there was drama when he sprained his leg, at the first match. But oh well, we figured that our skins were the ones sacrificed by the time we won our first match. Pain sia! Blisters too the max!
And while others got the liberty to show off their gym gloves that was prove useful, we decided to go all the way. And guess what? We got second. Not bad mates.

So for all the skin teared and the strenghts of our back, we got..1 cca point each? Hmm..The $200 voucher belonged to the big group of guys that redeem the anti-climax finale, cause we got owned in 4 seconds. But like I said, good job guys. Ain't never gonna try that again without any gloves on.

Then before made it home, went to cuz's place to get something from her and to Ashiq's place for the guitar. Looks like I'll be performing with the Squier this time.

Monday blues. What seems to be a shitty morning couldn't be any worse.

I don't know what makes my eyes think that the clock was moving ever so fast. But yet my foolishness to think that I was late for school, was quite okay. The train wasn't that bad. The bus wasn't packed either. Except the fact that I realised that I wasn't late after I got off the train.

Dumbo. Or "blow" as I would call others. Blur + Slow = Blow.

But still I got to take bchem quiz. Which turns out of course, I was the earliest for school in class. Still it got better cause we got 3 hours break for free.

But CYC was still uber lame. How the %^$^# hell did you become a doctor?

Then coincidentally on my way to ninja, and I thought of getting a meal before that, I met her! And her classmates who I was familiarising with. And with new friends, food was at alumni. The topic was scary. But me and her was lucky not to be a part of it, right? Haha. (I hope you and your family are okay)

So at training, so far so good to qualify me for the grading. BUT, I couldn't take it if I ain't settling the debt with the roast babi. Damn you.

I hope I find my belt soon.

Selamat pengantin baru, Cik Nana!

While it is still fresh in my memory, I think I'll start with today.

So as planned and as wished, finally Aunt Nana got solemnise today.

It wasn't a very big event rather my grandparents choose to invite certain people and close relatives to witness it. And so my cousins, the nottie and the hottie (if u don't know, look for them in my past entries), got a new dad. And I hope he will take good care of them and be a good father. Oh its her second wedding. I won't elaborate on the details cause it's personal.

So as guest arrived I choose to help with the servicing voluntarily. After around 2? I got to taste the delicious and extravagant briyani rice cooked by none other that grandma. Lets see, so I ate in total of 10 plates of dishes that were there. 11 counting the one that we tapau home.

But it was a well time spent with the dudes and babes cousins of mine, including the young ones. Anarqi and Anirqi did their power rangers silat performance, cause the neighbours to the far end of the corridor was practising their kompang. Not well timed I say. It could have been a free kompang event. Then slept through the evening on the comfy sofa as the newly weds bid goodbye for their honeymoon.

Okay for the recent short outing on Saturday night. Got a call from SP and GYM. Then next thing I know, was on the way to Night Safari! Cool uh. It was my first time to the night safari. Even haven't step into mandai for a long time since primary school where i awe-ed at the majestic beast of the Zoo. The tix was 30 something plus. I didnt had to think twice when they say they'll sponor me. But even if I had money, I'd think couple of times. Oh well. Didn't want to disappoint anybody since only a 5 of the njd members came.

SO since it was still the verge of Halloween, people were dress up to impress there. Even the shops, where GYM sneaked out a devil's ear for me. I shouldn't have paid for her. So it also means, there were people dress to scare us visitors.

I could say they did quite a job. But the tram ride was so-so. We sat at the front. Cause the speaker host was Fiona, Shrek's wife. We could have sparred cause Fiona knew Kung-fu. And the slower the tram goes, the more I felt like going off and beating the crap out of the "ghost" that were gonna scare us.

But the ponitanak act was hot. Cause she stared at me. The chinese ghost stared at GYM like no mother also.

So we ended that night with Ben & Jerry's.

Friday
So you think you can dance?

I was welcomed to the dance floor of np party@ 45 which started at around 7. The real thing began at 7.30. Before that was much dilemma cause I wasn't sure who I was going with. Then GYM was so persisting me to go fetch her and went to Zouk.

But I was a clubbing-virgin, and Zouk requires costumes. Besides, she's underage. I'm already 18 ;p

So by and by, she gave in to attend the school party instead. But she got mad that she had to go school alone. And I was rather hoping that someone could had replied or answer my calls, cause then I would have made up my mind easily. But there was something wrong with her phone, so its okay.

So we went ahead to the convention centre and it was fine with entering w/o tickets cause there are some available at the entrance itself.
Luckily, else GYM would have clawed me to death. So the whole stage thing was cool, with the lights and smoke and the DJ was the man. And then unexpectedly, that someone came to the party! Haha.
But she explained to me, and it was cool.

I ain't gonna define much of clubbing but dancing,
I realise I lost my touch. I used to break back in the days before poly, could even do a flare. Ok but not a proper one. Then the party's dance floor was rather..in my opinion, a failure. But then again I managed to ravish my smooth moves with a couple of hip hopers. And that someone said she couldn't dance. But be yourself, that's what the sissy, nigg@ joker host said.

Somehow, it was much of a stress relief, seeing people I knew express their heart out through dancing. But my heart skipped abit when she danced with someone else. But its okay. So I get to know more of the mcc club members and even made some new friends. We slacked at their clubhouse till I bid goodbye to her.

And on a rather sleazy Saturday, had a preparation for Aunt Nana's wedding, which is gonna be held today! But the night was well spent at the Night Safari which..Im gonna tell you about it in the next post. Haha.
I gotta rush. Wedding is about to begin soon.

Seems like someone really wanted to see me very badly during the donation. But too bad, people don't cry seeing blood in plastic bags.

But today didn't went according to plan. And its really shit. Apologies to my I&E groupmate for not turning up for the Heathzone surveying. Cause the que was bloody long. And I aint a first timer anymore. Congrates Amine. But Ipin had his first experience cause I jio him, but Nira and Nurulayn couldnt cause they're underweight. Nira was so piss, her throwing accuracy goes worse. Cause the pumpkin squash-thingy went way over to this guy who was innocent.

And of course, I didnt faint.

Merely training was not to push my limits, so I wont black out and have them laugh at me. Especially GYM and Mr Tiew. But it dawn on me Im still not as strong as I wish to be. Im not hating myself but, the truth of my unfair height is heart-breaking. Last time, Fat Lee & Ashiq were both shorter than me. Now they're about an inch taller. I explained to myself the reason : I don't eat vegetables.

What if my opponent is bigger, taller and faster than me?

Advantages disadvantages..it doesnt matter to me, I know.

Nurulayn bullied me today! Why you little..

Alright, seems I got better knowledge of the showcase.

How simple isit gonna be? Im not sure. But it better be a worth of the audience time. Probably we gonna screw up some parts. But we'll sure put a hell of a performance, you can bet on it.

Oh well. At least its a holiday. Means more slacking did today. Soccer early in the morning under the burning sun, with the gang of course. Leads me no smooth moves but a small blister. But I missed soccer. Then it was an exhilarating trip to Katong for team fortress 2, cause we're are so jamming this Wednesday. It was err, fun? Sad to say I prefer Battlefeild 2. Then I can rule with the helicopters.

No training today means a really lethargic day.

Well to say she's actually my aunt (mom's cousin), but its hard to look at her with all due respect when she's 5 years younger..too bad. So that's the second relative that manages to touch softball. Good, keep it coming. Maybe we can form a team.

Cold night at ecp with our food+rainwater.

Friday was bare because I missed mobio lecture again.

Don't know why I keep missing the bustop again. And basically did nothing during the practical thanks to Wei Sheng. I swear if this keeps going on, I be doom in the future about mobio.

But gladly Ipin, Rach and Chris was interested to be a part of the band. But I wouldn't be sure they be keen to play the songs I normally play. Cause I doubt Rach can kill the drums as Hakim does. But nevertheless, we just have to make use of what we have; submission deadline is 31th!

And Tropic thunder was 4/5 stars.
Ben stiller and Jack Black was the classic duo!
And Im really really really sorry Mel that if the movie was violent for you. What to expect, its m18. But GYM and Xin got through, cause we're ninjas.
Thank you for being with us. I just want to lift some stress off you on a Friday night.

Then some Cinderella's went off, so left Mr Tiew, Xin, Cyclomeng, Fried pork, Jimmy and me, to have supper. So we speed the lorry somewhere to Jalan Kayu to buy, and ate under the night breeze of Seletar Reservoir. Poor Xin had trouble with her lenses but the hot milo cheered her up.
